He is a Certified Workplace Coach,
Trainer, Assessor and Curriculum
Developer with WDA. He is recognised
as a Specialist Adult Educator in
the Adult Educators’
Professionalisation (SAE
AEP)
spearheaded by Institute for Adult
Learning (IAL), a government agency
for Adult Continuing Professional
Development. He is also a registered
Real Estate Salesperson (RES)
with the Singapore Council for
Estate Agencies (CEA).
Recently, he also became an approved
trainer for the Continuing
Professional Development (CPD)
courses by CEA. Organisations Rhonny
had consulted and trained for
include Starhub, Home Team Academy,
Institute for Technical Education (ITE),
Singapore Elections Department,
Singapore Customs, RE/MAX, Huttons
Asia, PropNex, SBS Transit, SMRT,

In addition, Rhonny is an associate

with WDA accreditation and audit
requirements.
He currently serves at
Institute for Adult Learning,
Civil Service College
and other WDA Approved Training
Organisations. He is also actively
consulting, conducting workshops and
building businesses for
organisations in Singapore and
China. He holds a Bachelor of
Economics and Computational Finance
from the National University of
Singapore (NUS), an MBA in
e-Commerce from University of
Leicester and a Specialist Diploma
in Counselling Psychology. He
further acquired
ACTA,
DACE,
AEP and RES certifications. |
